SEC Filer Management

Repeat users: Ensure that your access codes remain current. Passwords expire every year, so please log into the EDGAR system periodically to update your passwords. First time users: To apply for access codes to the EDGAR system, go to the Filer Management Website (https://www.filermanagement.edgarfiling.sec.gov) and enter your information. Print the page entitled Form ID Application Acknowledgement. Sign the form (never mind that there is no signature line) in the presence of a notary public, and have the signature notarized. Fax the form to (202) 504-2474 or (703) 914-4240 and keep the original for your records. You will receive your access codes via email. Most recently, our clients have received the codes within a few hours of sending the fax.
